On-site control rooms

Captive utilities
Power, steam, cooling and instrument air are produced within the complex, so refinery availability does not hinge on external utility interruptions.
Water treatment and ZLD
Intake treatment, effluent treatment and recovery loops are all in-house, allowing zero liquid discharge to be enforced continuously rather than audited occasionally.
Dedicated tank farm
Roughly 6.5 million barrels of tankage give the plant room to keep running through shipping delays and to hold strategic low-sulphur reserves.
Marine terminal
Berths and loading systems are operated by refinery teams, linking production directly to export tankers without third-party handover.
Laboratory and inspection
Product certification, catalyst monitoring and asset-integrity inspection are performed on site, so quality and reliability decisions are made where the data is generated.
